Se la situazione è quella precedentemente descritta dallo stesso Governatore De Luca, più che l’ennesima deroga che durerá il tempo che trova, sarebbe stato meglio io credo proporre e sostenere una modifica della Legge attuale che vincola il raggiungimento del numero 500 , fissando invece altri parametri al momento non considerati, come ad esempio quello delle periferie o altrimenti definite ad esempio area interna ecc..
